While finalizing the Botanical Garden in Guangzhou, Tebarint started a second, similar project in Chongqing. Also this Botanical Garden was built by Marchegay, the division of Richel which also is specialized in futuristic glass constructions. This project of 7.000m2 with a highest pike of 26 mtr. is part of an existing garden park. To simulate a tropical climate in this arboretum we delivered a fog system, a tropical shower- and a handwater installation.
The greenhouse is ventilated and cooled by creating a natural airflow with cooling machines (pad & fan principle) and smart application of in total 80 vent windows and screens all controlled by a Priva Integro climate computer.
As the greenhouse is a public area it was provided with futuristic design lighting but also with evacuation and fire detection technology.
